Job DescriptionWe're looking for aRestaurant General Manager tooversee the running of tworestaurants in Townsville. Initially you will partner with the Restaurant Manager at our Willows location, managing the general running of the restaurant. Then, once you're up and running and confidently trained as a GYG leadership team member, we will introduce your second restaurant.

In addition to taking ownership of the general running of two restaurants, you will elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurants. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurants.
