Due to an internal promotion, they currently they have an opportunity for a Field Sales Manager to mentor and coach the Victorian sales team within one of their most important portfolios.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

executing sales strategy and managing cases at your assigned hospitalsleading, mentoring, inspiring and coaching Territory Managers and Clinical Specialistsengaging all key stakeholders across your accountsperformance management and recruitment assistancecollaborating with your cross functional teamsThe successful candidate will have:

a proven track record in Cardiac Rhythm management - this is ESSENTIAL.existing and/or a desire to develop leadership, mentoring and coaching skillssound business and stakeholder management skillscollaborative mindsetoutstanding time management & prioritisationMost of all, you will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast paced, competitive environment where achieving through people is your core focus and passion.
