Overview of role Working closely with the Head of Sales, the Internal Sales Team Leader is responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and customer outcomes through best practice consultancy and sales. Leading the Internal Sales team to proactively engage with customers and promote and sell our products to our existing customers.

What you'll be doing The role of the Internal Sales Team Lead is to lead the operations of the internal sales team as a profit center and is responsible for:

Driving revenue and profit growth through our existing customers. Working with our customers to make them better businesses. Setting the strategic direction of the team, ensuring that it is in line with the HSO APAC strategy. Staff management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and mentoring Playing a key role in executing wider HSO APAC business strategies. Your professional skills and attributes Strong commercial skills and experience Strong sales and sales management experience Ability to think creatively and innovate Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Ability to motivate and coach teams; evolve sales methodology Understanding of software product development cycles
