About Our Client A leading Legal Services Organisation
Job Description The role is very broad, you will be working on simple issues or something in the server room.Supporting on anything to do with telecommunications and AV.Attending regular court hearings, where you will do all the setup.Required onsite at least 4 days a week and Friday from home you will be supporting mainly on the level 2 side.You will be the go to person for all IT Issues. Typically hours 8:30-4pm. Sometimes required earlier/Later. Power outage at the weekend etc. Adhoc presence is required.Supporting with Active Directory, Security groups, Document management system experience, Inventory manage system, MS based applications, SQL server coding and Citrix The Successful Applicant Experienced IT Support consultant Experienced with MS Applications Experienced with Active Directory Experienced with SQLExperienced with CitrixPreferably some experience or knowledge with a document management system or an understanding is mandatory. (Understand the premise of document management system.
