About your new role

Due to sustained growth, an opportunity has been created for a motivated IT Site Administrator to join the team. This person will work collaboratively with the Regional IT organization to ensure sound delivery of all that is required from Information Technology.

Some of the key tasks will include:

Support the delivery of local, regional and global IT projects;

Ensuring all sites are compliant with all internal controls;

Maintaining accurate IT inventories;

Guarantee 1st and 2nd level support for workspace enablement products and services;

Responsible for the IT budget management for all sites;

Reporting to someone overseas;

Demonstrating business continuity and resumption planning for all computer systems and infrastructure.

About you!

BS in Computer Science or Engineering or other management related disciplines;

Minimum of 5 years' experience in an information technology role spanning IT infrastructure and operations;

Experience with data and voice network systems management;

Managed Service Provider background;

Microsoft Windows server management and desktop operating systems and experience;

Possess the technical ability and knowledge to quickly integrate, implement and document new technologies whilst supporting and maintaining the existing core systems;

Is a team player with a 'can do' attitude;

Demonstrate good communication skills across a matrix organization.
