As Chief Operating Officer you will ensure the business canwelcome its biggest potential customer or opportunity at anymoment. You'll provide strategic leadership & hands on approach acrossthe business.

Responsibilities:

Being at the fore front of the companyManaging the day-to-day operations of the companyHeath, Safe and legal environmentThe highest level of customer satisfactionManaging & influencing the profitability of the companyDriving the business growth & expansionBeing the driving force behind all activitiesDecisions, managing budgets, and procurement strategiesDriving market-leading services & innovation across thebusiness to improve performanceDeveloping planning policies and establishing standards andgoals for organizationsOffering day-to-day guidance and oversight to organizations,and guiding and endorsing policies to achieve objectives, meetspecific targets, and optimize profitability and efficiencyEvaluating evolving situations and responding by issuinginstructions and directives to lower-level staffCollaborating with immediate subordinates and departmentalleaders on topics like operational methods, equipment needs,finances, sales, and human resourcesApproving the funding for significant policy implementationinitiativesRepresenting the organization at official events, duringnegotiations, at conferences, workshops, public hearings, andforums, and facilitating communication between various areasof responsibilityPreparing, or arranging for the creation of, reports, financialplans, and forecasts, and delivering them to governing bodiesChoosing and overseeing the performance of senior personnelMay assume responsibility for some or all of accounting, sales,marketing, human resources, and other specialized functions

Skills Required:

Proven track record of success in leadership roles & businessStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesExceptional communication and collaboration skills, with theability to interface effectively at all levelsProficiency in data analysis and strategic decision makingComprehensive understanding of health and safety regulationsand risk managementManaging day to day activities, overcome obstaclesDemonstrated ability to think outside the boxSalary is above AUD 100,000 + Superannuation
