Our client, a large not-for-profit organisation, is currently seeking an experienced Information Management professional with some familiarity with Trim to join their team. This role will require you to work with users throughout Victoria, providing expertise around their systems from an information management perspective.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient business operationsProvide system support and maintenance activities in accordance with standard proceduresLiaise with stakeholders to establish their requirements and provide relevant solutionsParticipate in effective knowledge management practices by gathering information and collaborating with other staff membersConduct appropriate data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and challengesLiaise with relevant external service providers as neededWork effectively with internally focused teams and contractors to ensure that the information management goals of the organisation are metQualifications and Skills:
Some experience with Trim is highly desirable but not necessaryAble to demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and be willing to upskillExperienced with information management practices with a focus on system supportA desire to work directly with customers to deliver a great experienceExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong collaboration and interpersonal skillsProven track record of proactive problem-solving and managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyAble to work in a team or independently where requiredContract Type: Initially 6 months with a high chance of becoming permanent based on performance.
