Regional Sales Manager | Medical Consumables | NSW/QLD/VIC SydneyMedical Device / Sales Newly created role to manage a team of 8 Territory Managers. Ideally Sydney based, but open to Brisbane or Melbourne candidates. This has created a new role for a driven and motivated people leader, who will be responsible for their expanding medical consumables business.

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading, coaching and developing a small team of experienced sales representatives nationallyWorking closely with the Senior Business Manager to develop and implement strategySupporting the team to grow the business across different channels - esp. hospital and Aged CareCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive successC-Suite negotiation of complex deals.To be considered for this role, you will have:

Degree qualifications in Science, Business, Marketing or related fieldA track record of successfully leading a high performance teamSignificant knowledge of hospital and aged care sales environment, ideally in medical consumablesThe motivation and drive to suit an engaged and passionate environmentThis is a role suited to someone who is a true people leader and willing and able to have the hard conversations when needed, while being collaborative and inclusive. The team is national, so being able to travel regularly is important. This is a team that is performing strongly within a business unit that is growing, making it a great time to take it to the next level.
