What role will you play? In this role, you will support the governance of Macquarie's Operational Risk Frameworks, related strategic initiatives and embedment of principles across the organisation. This includes facilitating design workshops, GRC system solutioning and delivering change and learning activities. You will develop subject matter expertise across risk assessments, control management, assurance, issues and incident management to provide effective oversight over our frameworks and practices. You will be joining a dedicated team who work closely with business leaders and their teams to provide support to uplift risk management practices across the organisation.
