Business Development Officer

Client Client is a leader in civil infrastructure services in Queensland. They offer a wide range of services such as concrete remediation, surface protection, laser cleaning, inspection to civil works such as roads, bridges, dams, energy farms, buildings.

Scope Will be based in their office in Queensland but will do remote cold-calling to an Adelaide Tunnel project.

Responsibilities Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesContact potential clients through cold calls and emailsPresent the company to potential clientsIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesCustomize product solutions to increase customer satisfactionBuild long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account ExecutivesReport to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales resultsStay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plansRequirements and Skills Familiarity with Civil infrastructure activitiesProven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar roleHands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)Track record of achieving sales quotasExperience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to deliver engaging presentationsBSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fieldJoin us at Easy-Skill Easy-Skill is changing the way we work.
