Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
· 5-7 yrs. experience in applicationsupport (L2/L3 level) and working in Application Support services like handlingincidents, changes, problems, service requests adhering to SLAs,
· knowledge in CMDB Configurations inServiceNow ticketing tool.
· Candidate should mandatorily have2-3 years' of experience in supporting and implementing Gallagher andKeywatcher TrueTouch applications · Experience in User Profilemanagement, troubleshooting issues & Managing Vendor/User requirements,Service Monitoring, etc.,
· Having experience in Splunk (forMonitoring), Ansible (for Automation tasks) is added advantage.
