As an experienced regional manager, you already have a strong understanding of the sales environment and have lead sales teams across a regional portfolio to consistently achieve sales targets.

The successful candidate will be able to leverage their knowledge and experience to develop targeted sales and service strategies that meet the needs of our aged care clients. You'll impart your sales behaviours and knowledge to the regional sales team, driving daily sales activity that meets the behaviour KPIs. Your consistent leadership approach will provide the environment to meet weekly and monthly sales targets in your region.

Key Responsibilities: Possessing deep knowledge of Care Community offerings and value propositionEngaging with customers on their sales journeyMonitoring and improving sales performance across the region.Monitoring and analysing sales team member performance data and provide recommendations for improvementProviding leadership, training and development to the regional sales teamPreparing weekly sales activity priorities, based on Salesforce reports and dashboardsMonitoring progress against sales targets and ensuring service level targets are metIdentifying and developing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and conversion rates.Aligning with General Managers on daily sales practice requirements and action planningEnsuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies and procedures.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a sales teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-focused strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of relevant funding requirements, regulations and industry standards an advantageExperience with Salesforce highly desirable.A current open driver's license with a good driving recordThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated regional sales manager who is seeking a challenging and rewarding career at Opal. The Regional Sales Manager for NSW North covers our Care Communities across NSW North and will be required to travel to these Care Communities from time to time.
