Program Manager - HR $900 - 1000 per day+ super 6 month contract Close to Sydney CBD About the company Our client is seeking a Program Manager for a HR transformation project for a NSW Government agency based close to Sydney CBD with a hybrid work arrangement with 3 day in the office. They are looking for someone to join the team on a 6 month contract. Role summary This role is an executional role that partners in support of the initiatives and projects as assigned in order to initiate, manage, deliver and close out projects using a common repeatable methodology.
About the role Conducts a program needs analysis and uses this information to discuss and agree with the executive sponsor and leads, the appropriate organisation structure and operating model.Establish & Manage overall project organisation to support the successful implementation of programs.Provides program management leadership and expert advice throughout the development and establishment of project plans across work streams.Manage overarching program governance and reporting throughout implementation.Manage program stakeholders and collaborates with project teams to ensure that deliverables and milestones are achieved.Manage project financials against budget and coordinates external funding opportunities.Skills & experience Previous experience project managing a HR transformationAccuracy, attention to detail and highly organised.Financial management experience and literacy, experience managing budgets and controlling income.How to apply Click APPLY or contact Emma Marven on emma.marven@charterhouse.com.au for a confidential discussion.
