As part of their ongoing business growth, they are now seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team.
About the Position Work closely with the senior leadership team and manage all people related matters;Talent acquisition; develop recruitment strategies and support line managers with their recruitment needs including new-hire orientation programs;Training and development; identify training needs and develop, implement and evaluate training initiatives aligned with business goals;Manage employee engagement and employee wellbeing initiatives;Employee/industrial relations: manage grievances and disciplinary processes and coach managers on effective performance management;Manage compensation and benefits programs; andAdminister all HR policies and compliance.About You Extensive experience as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner working in a blue/white collar environment;Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources;Passionate about a true generalist roleAbility to work 5 days onsite.About the Benefits Paying up to $145k + Super;Onsite parking;Join a successful and growing business; andImmediate start on offer.For more information please call Angelica Suarez at u&u on 0415 792 859 .
