About the role : This opportunity will see you leading and coaching a dedicated team of customer facing sales, trade and industrial specialists and managing the overall performance and operations of the branch.
As a successful Branch Manager, you will : Lead, develop and coordinate a team of sales and operational specialists to reach their full potentialEnsure financial management, compliance and operational standards are metDevelop and implement strategies to achieve budgeted sales targets and marginsProvide high levels of genuine service by creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customersBuild strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customersFoster a culture of safety first.
