About Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and like-minded Senior Development Manager to join their tight knit team of experienced professionals. You will work closely with the directors and senior staff to deliver large-scale built form projects across a range of disciplines including Hotels, Residential, Commercial and Retail.
You must be a true acquisition to completion operator, able to take on a large project with full autonomy and deliver at or above expectation. You will have experience running projects from feasibility, financial management/reporting as well the hands-on delivery phase.
To be successful you will hold the below qualifications and experience.
You will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in a Senior/Development Management role, or client-side project management overseeing built form projects of scale.You will have the confidence and experience in communicating with and engaging consultants, suppliers, bankers, and investment partners.Solid understanding of the planning and building approval process.Exposure to complex construction projects from start to finish would be highly appealing.You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace.Able to deliver clear messages both verbally and written and prepare concise, professional, and accurate written reports.
