About The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Demand Planning Supervisor to lead a team of experienced demand planners who will work collaboratively to build a fit for purpose demand plan supporting stakeholders for the Milwaukee business across ANZ .

Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager you will be based at our brand new offices at Notting Hill and your responsibilities will include:

Provide mentoring and leadership to direct reports, ensuring all employees are adequately trained and supported in their role Drive a focus of continuous improvement and efficiencies within the team Drive collaboration with Sales and Marketing to improve forecast accuracy results Take ownership of the ANZ System health for statistical forecast generation Oversee accuracy of the product lifecycle input including new products, transitions and deletions across ANZ Manage the risks and opportunities to the Demand plan and provide recommendations to mitigate impacts Facilitate the Handover process between S&OP and S&OE Facilitate the portfolio management process, providing key insights for decision making. Own the purchasing forecast output working in collaboration with the Supply team. Generate KPI reports as requested in regard to purchasing and inventory, feeding into the S&OP process About You Ideally you will have a proven track record managing a small team within the Demand Planning space and are passionate about leading and motivating a team to achieve business excellence.

In addition to the following skills/attributes:

Demonstrated delivery of CI to improve demand and S&OP outcomes. Positive and can-do attitude and growth mindset Strong Analytical skillset Ability to present complex datasets in a concise and clear manner. Business Degree or similar preferred SAP and Vanguard experience preferred.
