Role: Financial Controller Location: Melbourne CBD, AustraliaCompany: International eCommerce BusinessReporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of financial management and reporting for our global eCommerce operations.Collaborate closely with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive performance and growth.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to optimise business performance.Standalone role initially with a view to building out a team in time Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a multinational environment.Ideally a strong understanding of eCommerce operations and financial principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.For immediate consideration please apply online now.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
