About The Role:You will be responsible for providing housing solutions to Government employee tenants through the delivery of efficient and effective customer and facilities management services. This will include:Develop and display an understanding of the Housing Services business which involves the provision of a responsive and efficient service to government employees who live and work in rural, remote and outback areas of NSW.Responding to issues made and determining whether it's in need of being repairedDeliver a range of maintenance and refurbishment works directly or through third party service providers to agreed budgets, timeframes and quality through site About the ideal candidate:You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following:Strong understanding of construction job sitesNSW White Card Current Drivers licenseStrong stakeholder managementBe comfortable flying to rural and remote areas of NSWWhat's in it for you?
