Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing procurement and contract/commercial management strategies for new vendors internationallyYou will demonstrate a passion for high quality products, through your procurement and relationship management activities, and growing and maintaining your strategic partnershipsProviding ongoing contracts negotiation management and superior supplier relationship management, ensuring quality and sustainability targets are met Working collaboratively with the wider team to shape the growth and strategic direction of the businessInfluencing internal stakeholders in a business experiencing rapid growth and positive changeKey RequirementsExperience in developing and implementing procurement and commercial strategies, ideally in a manufacturing, retail or distribution environmentSuperior negotiation and supplier relationship management skills - the ability to establish long term frameworks and strategic partnerships with largely overseas suppliersInternational travel required, particularly to ChinaYou will be hands-on and adaptable, keen to learn about your new industry and experience the quality of this company's products firsthand What you will get in returnIn this key role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your passion for working with international suppliers, and be part of this company's ongoing commitment to ESG, quality & value.
