Current VacanciesGlobal Payroll ManagerJob Details**Vacancy Name:** Global Payroll Manager**Vacancy No:** VN104**Description:** New Forests seeks a motivated and suitably experienced Payroll Manager with experience in managing and processing global payrolls and managing the employee related processes within the finance team for this position. In this role you will be responsible for managing the payroll function for the Australia, New Zealand, US, Kenya, Singapore businesses including relevant accounting and tax requirements. You will also facilitate undertake internal and external reporting for a variety of stakeholders in the business.**Key Responsibilities****Payroll:** Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions and statutory contributions on a periodic basis and annual year-end reporting processes for each country.**Administrator:** Act as the administrator for the ADP and Activ8 employee payroll records system.**Policies and Procedures:** Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data security.**Audit:** Own the year-end audit process for all employment cost related general ledger balances and manage communication and responses to all audit related queries.**Consultation:** Consult with the People & Culture team and external tax advisors on managing complex payroll scenarios such as international assignments, expatriate payroll, and cross-border payments.**Stakeholder Management:** Continuous communication with People & Culture team regarding new employees, employment contract changes, and exiting employees.**Qualifications, Experience, and Strengths**A breadth and depth of proven payroll experience as a Payroll Manager preferred.CPA or Chartered Accountant qualified with depth of experience in financial accounting roles.Knowledge of experience with AUS, NZ, US, SG, and Kenya payroll including all periodic and annual reporting requirements across global locations.Superior attention to detail, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and excellent time management.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others, strong stakeholder management skills, team management experience, and a positive, can-do attitude.**How to Apply**We pride ourselves on having a supportive New Forests culture that is inclusive to all and we would love to learn how you can bring your unique skills and experience to our business.
