They are involved in various Civil Infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia. This will be a permanent position based in Perth with some occasional travel required. As a Supervisor, you will be reporting directly to the Project Engineers and Project Management.Duties & Responsibilities To coordinates activities of workers engaged in piling and ground improvements for structures, such as bridges and retaining walls for earth embankments, such as cofferdams: To Directs workers engaged in operating machines to drive piling and sheets. This includes but is not limited to:Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance on-siteEnforcing all OH&S proceduresManagement of Staff and labour of own team and sub-contractorsDesired Experience & Qualification A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Foreman/Supervisor within the civil infrastructure sector.A thorough understanding of the civil works delivery including Piling and ground improvements.In-Depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliancesA proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc)The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.As the Supervisor, you will be offered a base salary of between $140K and $150K per annum plus ute and other benefits for this role.Please note that this is a sponsorship opportunitry for South-African candidatesThese jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
