This position is well suited to a candidate who is looking to progress to a senior clinical position or with relevant experience.As a Clinical Supervisor you will be:Manage a team of high performing Allied Health clinicians.Involves face-to-face, Telehealth and clinic sessions.Manage a varied caseload and provide assessment and intervention in life skills, social and sensory. Provide high-level Occupational Therapy services to participants of the NDIS that are goal orientated and person-centred.Provide mentoring and leadership to a team of Occupational Therapists.Provide clinical supervision to a team of occupational therapists.Develop programs to further improve the clinical skills of the team.Provide in-house trainingDevelop holistic therapy plans within a multidisciplinary team and provide direct community, school based and home-based intervention and support programs.Work 1:1 and in group contexts with children, teenagers, and adults.Develop clinical resources and tools and implement across your teamBenefits:Attractive salary packageAdditional benefits (Generous milage, training and equipment allowances)Job securityGrowth opportunitiesOngoing development (CPD allowance is provided)Work-life BalanceAllowances on top of the salary package (Gym membership, equipment and more!)Work from homeEssential Criteria:Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.Relevant clinical and managerial experience.2 years experience in Occupational Therapy (Preferred).Previous experience in mentoring, supporting and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.You are driven, passionate and can work autonomously and as part of a team.You are adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business.Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers' license.Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and DWES Check.OND123
