Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will require a technically savvy Senior Financial Accountant to prepare and deliver all statutory and regulatory requirements for the corporate head office. This role serves to be the main conduit between finance teams within the group as well as external financial agencies in the interpretation and implementation of accounting standards. Some of the responsibilities include: •Lead the month end process for the team •Group consolidation and intercompany reporting variance analysis of the Balance Sheet and P&L •Prepare statutory/external accounts including BAS and FBT •Working capital management •Management of group trial balances •Oversee and lead team in Balance sheet reconciliation, P&L reporting, cashflow reporting •Monthly forecasting •Year end and Audit requirements About You! •You are CA or CPA qualified •Have worked in a corporate accounting role within a mid-large sized business •First & second movers from a Chartered BIG-4 environment are highly encouraged to apply •System savvy with strong Excel experience •Work autonomously and have strong analytical skills for problem solving and ability to communicate across all levels including non-financial members •Candidates with experience in ESG reporting are highly encouraged to apply All Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd #J-18808-Ljbffr
