As the Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing Sales and Account Management in the assigned territory. North - NSW ,QLD ,ACT ,NT (position based in Sydney) Dolphy is hiring for multiple positions across Australia, all starting as permanent part-time with the right candidate having the option to move to a full-time position. The role starts as an independent contributor and has the potential to grow into managing a team for the right candidate. Competitive pay including fixed salary + commission on all sales (uncapped commission) + annual bonus. Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Execution Help create the sales plan for your territory, aligned with company objectives. Market research and competition analysis to identify potential growth segments in your territory. Identify new markets and customers to increase the Dolphy products penetration in your region. Work closely with other sales leaders, marketing teams to build a collaborative and cohesive culture within the organization. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote Dolphy brand and products. Sales, Business Development and Account Management: Achieve sales targets assigned to the region. Hunting for new opportunities in your region, primarily focus on prospecting for new leads, qualifying and nurturing leads to closure. Manage existing relationships with Dolphy customers, distributors and partners, and focus on expanding sales in existing accounts. Work closely with strategic partners to increase sales through the partner channel. Expand the distributor and partner eco-system by actively signing up new partners. Plan and execute business development activities with the marketing team including but not limited to email campaigns, phone and digital reach out to new prospects. Operations and Reporting: Regularly present reports and performance metrics to management. Reports/Analytics to include Sales, Pipeline planning and Forecasts. Work with Sales Operations in tracking customer bookings, delivery and after sales support. The Candidate At least 2 years of experience selling in the Australian market, experience selling in relevant region will be preferred. Experience working with B2B customers, especially in Hotels and/or Construction industry preferred. Self-motivated person, with prior experience of working independently and with little supervision. Should have working rights to work in Australia. Post graduate students with at least 20 hour working rights per week may apply for this role.
