Job details
Establish and manage a comprehensive schedule encompassing all projects within the portfolio. Provide regular updates on the progress of both the assigned portfolio and individual studies/projects. Enforce adherence to planning and scheduling guidelines among project owners. Aid in the development, upkeep, and reporting of project plans and schedules. Evaluate each study phase, identifying and assessing potential schedule risks that may impede project delivery, and propose preventive solutions. Actively participate in project schedule review meetings and keep schedules up-to-date. Contribute to the preservation of the coherence and accuracy of integrated project schedules. #J-18808-Ljbffr
