PermanentSydney or MelbourneHigh profile projectHow will I help?Records Management is a key priority for Westpac Group. The Chief Product Owner will be accountable for the sustainable processes and controls to manage records for the Customer and Corporate Services, HR and Finance divisions.In this equivalent "Head of" Level role, you will you will provide subject matter expertise to the high-profile Records Management Program across the Corporate Services (CCS), Human Resources (HR) and Finance divisions. You will represent internal stakeholders across the three divisions and act as the subject matter expert on product features, outcomes and business rules. You will develop divisional Target Operating models for records management. Reporting to the General Manager, Business Controls and Monitoring (CCS), you will influence and collaborate across a high profile and senior stakeholder group, enable performance through identifying risks, gaining insights, recognising optimisation opportunities, and making decisions that maximise value.What's in it for me?You'll play a significant part of the future of a business that has been around for 200 years. This will include a broad knowledge of business risk controls, bank products, systems, and processes. As a leader and a key member of a high-profile project for the organisation, you will thrive in a fast-moving environment with the ability to partner and influence stakeholders at Executive Manager through to Board Level, bringing them on the journey.
