We are looking for a personable Human Resources Generalist/Human Resources Business Partner professional in Adelaide to support and develop our South Australian team in line with our business objectives. This is a position with true hybrid flexibility and the ability to build strong working relationships across our SA sites and offices. Your new role: Support the development and delivery of the enterprise people strategy for Cleanaway. Lead and coach leaders to navigate complex Employee Relations matters, including investigations and issues resolution. Collaborate with our leaders to build on team performance and navigate management processes. Use analytical people data to influence and provide recommendations with stakeholders. Work with teams and leaders through change & transformation programs (incl. M&A, integration, divestment, enterprise programs). Collaborate and develop our Industrial Relation strategies and Enterprise Agreement re-negotiations to support our workers and meet our strategic objectives. Champion people management processes including performance, talent, and reward processes. About you: Demonstrated experience in HR generalist role and supporting leaders from an operational, blue collar, or industrial environment. An ability to build strong and trustful relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders. An ability to use HR metrics to inform decision making and influence others. Strong exposure to complex employment relations and industrial relations including investigations and case management. Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline would be highly preferred.
