Find out more at www.higgins.com.au   ROLE OVERVIEW This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Melbourne Branch. You will be the 'go to' person for our sales and operational teams and support the branch on a day-to-day basis. Reporting to the Administration Manager, we are seeking someone highly organized and detail-oriented with a knack for juggling multiple requests and responsibilities. This is a full-time position, based in our Port Melbourne office with onsite parking. KEY DELIVERABLES · Setting up and maintaining new project job files and work order approvals. · Assist in finalising project documentation and completion of project sign offs. · Lead end of month processing activities, including raising high volume of claims and Work in Progress management. · Review and pre-processing of timesheets. · Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes · Employee and sub-contractor document compliance. · Accounts Payable - Processing of invoices for creditors and sub-contractors. SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & PREFERENCES Ideally, we are seeking an individual with a minimum of three years of administration experience in a trades related industry, in addition to: · Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. · Highly developed time management, problem solving and organisational skills. · Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. · Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and within a team environment. · Delivery of exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
