Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator Position: We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator looking to work on both Commercial and Residential projects. Duties will include: Review and evaluate cost estimates. Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products. Communicate with sub contractors, suppliers, and team members regarding new and current projects. Ensure estimates are completed on time. Understanding scope of works. Manage supplier pricing and keep detailed database. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Work closely with management, architects, etc. to determine the project specs. What we are looking for: Relevant qualifications in construction & building. Prior experience as an Estimator on commercial and residential projects. Experience in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team. Australian working rights. What's on Offer: You will be working on predominantly on Custom, architecturally designed homes and extensions. Some Commercial projects will add variety to your day. Projects based in the City and Eastern suburbs. Salary guide $85k - $120k+ super - based on experience. Permanent, full-time position.
