Web Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Web Chat Officer to join our team at Owens-Illinois. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through web chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products or services- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing all concerns and questions effectively- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all chats- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead customer interactions effectively- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other communication tools- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes quickly- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
