Job Description:
United Natural Foods is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Entry Level position, this role does not require any prior experience but rather an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist clients with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database.5. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance client experience.6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and problem-solving.7. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements:1. Resilient and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing top-tier customer support.2. Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to effectively handle client interactions.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.6. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
