Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Reynolds American is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat- Assist clients in navigating our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have- Manage and track client inquiries and issues to ensure timely resolution- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall client experience- Provide support during product launches and promotions- Assist in project management tasks related to client support initiatives

Requirements:- Hardworking and motivated individual eager to learn and grow in the client support field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
