Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team at WEC Energy Group in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for further engagement- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client meetings, presentations, and events- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns that may arise- Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are met- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant information and resources- Assist in the development of client communication materials, such as newsletters, reports, and presentations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks- Dedicated and energetic with a passion for building relationships- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
