We are looking for a motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Newmont Mining. This is a remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU and is part-time with an entry-level seniority level. The ideal candidate will have 0 years of experience, but possess the personality traits of being hardworking and reliable.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via web chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order assistance- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Identify and escalate any customer concerns or trends to management- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Creativity in problem-solving and customer interactions- Analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer inquiries- Comfortable working remotely and navigating online platforms- Ability to work independently and within a team- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
