Job Description:As a Client Support Associate at Gap's location in Adelaide, South Australia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure that every client has a positive experience with our brand and products. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with product recommendations, order status inquiries, and issue resolution- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple client inquiries- Creative problem-solving skills to address unique client needs- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
