Marsh & McLennan is seeking a confident and driven Online Secretary to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This part-time associate level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
As an Online Secretary, you will be responsible for managing our online communications, scheduling appointments, organizing virtual meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and handling general administrative tasks. You will also be expected to provide creative solutions to problems that arise and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, driven, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Additionally, the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is essential.
