Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and dedicated Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at Sears Holdings in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online live chat platform. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through our online chat platform to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions with customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Use strategic planning and cooperation skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet performance goals- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services- Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Confident and dedicated personality traits- Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using computer software and online chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent required
