Job Description:
Altium is seeking a part-time Client Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback- Identify opportunities for product or service improvement based on client feedback- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed
Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer service or client support role- Strong communication skills and ability to remain professional under pressure- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
