UGI is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide timely and accurate support to online customers via email, live chat, and social media channels.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.3. Manage online product listings and update information as needed.4. Monitor and track customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online support strategies.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.
