Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Remote Client Support Officer to join our American Airlines Group team based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist clients with booking flights, managing reservations, and addressing any issues or concerns.3. Resolve client inquiries and problems in a timely and efficient manner.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.6. Keep up to date with airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.7. Participate in training and development activities to enhance client support skills.

Requirements:1. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think innovatively.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.4. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.7. Must be eligible to work in Australia.
