Autoliv, a leading automotive safety supplier, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 8 years of experience in client service management.

Responsibilities:1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations.4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators to measure client service performance.6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management.

Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in client service management in a related industry.2. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.5. Emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client needs.6. Reliable and hardworking personality traits.7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
