We are currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are confident, resilient, and possess strong presentation and teamwork skills.

As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner- Process customer orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer care goals- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
