Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Online Call Center Associate to join our team at Interpublic Group in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through various online communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.3. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Document all interactions with customers accurately and in a timely manner.6. Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.7. Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and under pressure.4. Resilient attitude in dealing with challenging situations.5. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
