Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Entry Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires someone who is independent, hardworking, and possesses excellent problem-solving and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively- Provide product and service information to customers- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong problem-solving skills- Innovation mindset- Comfortable working remotely- Basic computer proficiency
