Canva is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate level position, the Online Web Chat Specialist will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
Requirements:- High energy and resilience to handle a fast-paced and challenging work environment- Strong persuasion skills and the ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency with technology and familiarity with online chat platforms- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
