Online Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Fortescue Future Industries is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via online chat, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to customers.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.3. Demonstrate creativity in finding new ways to improve the online chat experience for customers.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all channels.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.7. Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
