Job Description:

Crown Holdings is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or related fields.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to online clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.2. Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist clients with their needs.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.6. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals to drive retention and loyalty.

Requirements:1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.2. Strong adaptability and analysis skills to effectively handle a variety of client situations.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficient in using customer support software and tools.6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.7. Experience in e-commerce or online support is a plus.
