Job Description:
As an Online Call Center Representative at Seaboard, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position located in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and is at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.3. Create and update customer accounts as needed.4. Provide product and service information to customers.5. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the call center.7. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.8. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company.9. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:1. Reliable and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills.2. Ability to think creatively and make informed decisions.3. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.4. Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.7. Must be eligible to work in Australia.
