American Family Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities:- Create and implement online communications strategies to engage customers and employees- Manage the company's social media accounts and website content- Monitor online trends and feedback to continuously improve communication strategies- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of online communications efforts- Stay up-to-date with digital communication trends and best practices
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 1 year of experience in online communications or social media management- Energetic and dedicated with a passion for digital communication- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Innovative and creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms- Experience with content management systems and analytics tools preferred
